Swatt Mobil is a pioneering Circular Economy Solutions company that leverages its proprietary Intellectual Property to deliver an Interconnected Planet-Efficient Sustainability (IPES) Model at a country level. Cape Verde is the demonstration project to take to production site of Morocco and then to rest of Africa. Our solutions deliver a localized economy with principles of nature-based solutions, renewal, sustainable, circular and regenerative business models delivering organic food with precision, biodynamic, syntropic agroforestry and regenerative agriculture. This brings about upward economic mobility for both the people and the overall economy, aiming to extend this transformative model from Cape Verde across the rest of Africa.

Furthermore, we provide comprehensive performance guarantees, promising to deliver exactly what has been promised. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill our commitments, we undertake to remove the equipment and restore the property to its original natural state. By offering these robust guarantees and requiring our partners only to commit to concessions and exemptions, we effectively eliminate any financial risks for them. We prioritize the empowerment of Cape Verdean individuals by reserving at least ninety percent (90%) of available positions, jobs, training, and functions for people of Cape Verdean origin or those married to individuals of Cape Verdean origin. Public Use and Access
The roads built within our farms are intended for public use, ensuring the free movement of people and vehicles while adhering to safety and traffic rules. Additionally, we commit to granting public access to an 80-meter-wide frontline land, which will be maintained by Swattmobil. We take pride in preserving and providing access to nature-protected reserves.
Employee Housing and Agri-Tourism
We prioritize the well-being of our employees and local farmers by undertaking the construction of employee housing concurrently or before the development of Agri-Tourism activities. Our aim is to provide comfortable living conditions and support a thriving agricultural tourism sector.
Supporting Cape Verdean Businesses
We actively engage companies and promoters of Cape Verdean origin in contracting goods and services necessary for the development of our activities. Land Clearing and Preparation
As part of our commitment to Cape Verde, we collaborate with the government to carry out land clearing and preparation activities, benefiting areas beyond our immediate operations. We recognize the importance of optimizing land use for the overall development and progress of Cape Verde.
Commitment To Farmers
At Swatt Mobil, our commitment to Cape Verde and its farmers is unwavering. We strive to create sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to the prosperity and resilience of Cape Verde’s agricultural sector.
We are dedicated to supporting local farmers in their agricultural endeavors. We will provide organic nutrition, biopesticides, high-quality seeds and seedlings sourced globally, as well as agricultural water and electricity to farmers, owning plots of land less than 5 hectares in size, near our farms or along connectivity routes/infrastructure, at a subsidized cost. Furthermore, we will ensure that all agricultural production by farmers is sold, and we will facilitate distribution/transportation charges at cost, promoting fair and equitable trade practices.
